Advantages of Using Fruml

There are several advantages to using Fruml as your content management system, some of which include:

Modern Interface

The Fruml user-interface is built with both novice and professional users in mind. Using a combination of Ajax and the popular jQuery library, the system provides familiar interface components and design elements that are responsive and intuitive to use.

With the ability to create plug-ins, components, and widgets, new functionality can be easily added to Fruml as your demands grow. Fruml also features a rich and powerful API ready for developers to exploit.

The team behind Fruml bring over twelve years experience in the field of web-design, open-source and proprietary content management and web application development. They use this experience to ensure that web standards and best practises are adhered to as closely as possible in order to minimise the chances of unexpected code or design errors within the Fruml system.

Fruml does not force you into trying to squeeze your content into predefined 'blocks' or layouts, and nor is it a blogging system that tries to be a content management system. With Fruml, you present your content exactly how you choose.

Fruml makes use of both server and browser caching technologies to present your content to the user in the fastest way possible. In addition, Fruml has been created from scratch to ensure that it is not slowed down with large archaic libraries or frameworks.

Fruml is Open Source software, licensed under the General Public License (version 2). This means you can download, use, and modify the software for free, with no strings attached.
